Dear Djakut, you stated the following "I never set foot in Haiti only because of the incompetence of the haitian governments and their "acolics".

I beg to differ, and the real reason you don't set foot in Haiti is simply because you have no place to anchor in Haiti.

Diaspora pa roi. You have no place of residence in Haiti.
