Although I do not really know you, based on your logical response, I may infer that you are an exception to my applied rule. I also consider many of my closest friends, as well as myself, to also be an exception to my rule. The frustrating part is that those of us who are in dire need of enlightenment are rebellious about this badly needed positive change.
Last week, I read an article where the jamaican prime minister's address to his legislators, stated that haitians who live in enclosed communities in jamaica have become a very cancerous element in jamaican society.
