First, I must compliment you for the piece, that was really a well thought plan.
Question: what the heck is "DSNCRP?"

Secondly, when you keep saying "we" must do this or "we" must do that (nous devons faire ceci, nous (nous) devons faire cela), who is "we" (nou) are you referring to?

Are you referring to the government, or are you referring to the Haitian people at large?
