Yeah, they will not read it because Reading Illiteracy much

Bringing attention to DSNCRP 2008-20011 AMÉLIORÉ,
Yeah, they will not read it because Reading Illiteracy much less The Art Of Comprehension is the fundamental problems most Haitians have embedded in them ever so deeply unfortunately.

Every Haitians think they are their own philosophers, lawyers, scientists and analysts just as why they are adamantly and selectively stubborn and lack constructiveness in their 3D's which are debate, dialogue and discussion.

Haitians like to argue just to argue and for argument's sake alone so they can feel or look literate and have others think they are articulate and intelligent.

Look carefully in Haiti, most of the ti me a Haitian politician is about to Bullshiet you or try to deviate or dodging a question, see what they do.

Yes, they try to start speaking French and a lot of "eu's and uhm's and lastly, a lot of A Vrai Dire's or Il Sagit Que's" start to come out all in effort trying to be formal as though they believe if they start speaking French to you that they will lose you or that they will make more sense.

All that are no more or less and nothing but little mental slavery mentalities using the former master's tongue.

The topic is: DSNCRP 2008-20011 AMÉLIORÉ
