I just get so tired listening and watching Haitians going blindly and ridiculously naive and unintouched with Haiti's reality.

How can a simple and perhaps poor Haitian civilian go to Haiti and undetake big infrastructure project like electricity?

Now, you'd go to Haiti and electrify the entire country just beacuse you build wind turbines, right?

Do you own the company or do you work for the company?

Doesn't take more than building wind turbines to give electrecity to an entire country?

Even though Haiti is a free for all, but last time I checked, you have to have a mandate to undertakes such big infrustructure project in Haiti, and the government happen to be the only entity with such mandate/power/authority.

You, or anyone else can try, but the government has the supreme power and authority to shut your operation down right on its track.

Now what you or anyone with such idea can do is to sell the idea to the government and perhaps have you managing the project.

These types of infrustructures like: electricity, road, the school system, telecomunication, etc...

are matters of national security which give the solumn juridiction to the government.
