we should start with the definition, characteristics, causes and effects or consequences of this problem; then we will be in a better position to find or suggest a "cure" or solution to this problem.

This time we must approach this problem in a methodical or scientific way, putting aside personal feelings, and blame.

I hope we can use this blog effectively to address our social issues.
