Dear President,

How can you say that you will give the people of Haiti a Chirstmas present by eliminating the kidnapping?

As president You owe the people of Haiti freedom, security and peace as they try to make a living in Haiti.

Do you realize what this kidnapping and lack of security is costing Haiti in terms of diaspora investments?
