Haiti's youth

My mane is Max,
I was wondering why there are so many college in Haiti, yet it's rare to get into a college in Haiti.

There are many student graduated out from hight school, but they have nothing else to do besides stay home, or do something they never think they could be done in their lives
What's the governement's purpose for those people that we call the future of Haiti.

If we really want a changement for Haiti, we first change the lifstyle of our youth people.

change their lifestyle positively for a better future and a better Haiti
