Juampas clinic and medicine

Dear President Preval,

We have a clinic in Juampas, Haiti between Belledere and Lascohabos.

Zanmi Lasante helps get us medications which we pay for. The clinic is called MT Carroll Clinique de Juampas.

We service 150-300 pateitns per week. We will soon have electricity through a generator and solar panel.

The clinic is 3000 sq feet ( - we need help-

1) We need to obtain a non-profit number in Haiti and we are applying but it is a slow process.

2) We have medicine for children stuck in the Port-au-Prince customs for 6 months and it has been difficult to get out as I made a clerical error.

3) Dr Raphael ( Ministry of Health) from Hinche has been helping us and will give us vaccines once we get electricity we hope and fulfill all requirements for licensure

Marline Olivier is Haitian American who has been coordinating this. I am the medical director and an instructor at Harvard Medical School - can you help?
