MY SOLUTION FOR THE INSECURITY ISSUE IN HAITI.

By Wilgeens Rosenberg

The safety and the security of the Haitian people and their cities is very important.

For, Haiti's overall economical and social development depends and rely on a stable secure Nation.

Thus in sense and effect, a better secure Haiti may contribute to the possible stability of the Country in whole politically.

Let us not be naive on this issue that the Country's very own politicians are invested in the insecurity challenges of the Country why it is such a complex matter to tackle and cater to in Haiti's case. It is of no surprise that most Haitians know of the greater threats the insecurity issue poses for Haiti's future.

May this perhaps be just mere speculation, that the crimes in Haiti somehow are being encouraged and even are being funded by Haiti's corrupted political politician rivals along with international manipulative influences in Haiti's politics as well as along with many other factors based on typical social matters that cause crime rates to go high...

but mainly those corrupted Haitian political citizens know an unstable Haiti is part of their chances to keep the hard challenges for Haiti's government afloat if they themselves do not favor or support such a government.

An insecure Haiti creates fear and distrust among those Haitian residents who will feel that their Government cannot protect them, as well as an insecure Haiti instills a sense of neglect in Haitian diasporas living abroad and visitors alike who may in fact be prospect investors that in return Haiti could benefit from. As it is proven to be evident and a fact that the lawlessness of the Country have left those repugnant crimes unchallenged and there has not been any sever repercussion and capitol punishments for these crimes since it is highly know that most of those odious crimes are being committed by youths emulating influential scenes seeing in many movies or convincing ideas generated by mostly deportees from the United States which the Haitian Government had not been on any firm decision to say to the United States to seek alternate measures as to how it choses to expatriate those deportees and what transition methods used in between to keep a good probationary watch on these return or expatriated deportees.

To make a long explanation short, the Haitian Corp police and the Haitian Government has to launch a Crime Prevention Campaign and Reward incentives for Haitian citizens who actually have discreetly stepped forward to report crimes and the effort of the Haitian citizens to continue to do so should greatly be encouraged as the Haitian government could use certain citizens in being possible informants, secret undercover agents under actual supervision of other secret watchdog agents that could actually watch those citizens properly without any doubts infiltrate those rogue communal areas and gangs of Haiti and the protection of those secret involved citizens are to be protected at all times if they are indeed no corrupted themselves.

In the meantime, as the Haitian government should send out a great executive signal message to those committing those crimes that their actions and involvements in those crimes will not be taken lightly if ever caught.

As the Haitian government needs to start building more prisons and also implement new laws that will condemn to death or with sever long time punishments to include the last result of punishments -- forced labor or involuntary closed monitored no pay Military service for those caught individuals for their crimes and those implicated with them as well with or without the prospect of appropriate judicial judgements.

Those ineffable acts of violence will not stop unless those criminals are waking up in the morning to see bodies of their fellow gang members laying dead killed by secret police in the streets that they are themselves killing innocent people in as well. Call this insensitive if anyone may wish to do so...

Anyhow, Haiti needs some kind of population control anyway and those ineffectual illiterate gang members are not actually serving or doing Haiti any good in any ways, terms and senses imaginable but yet are only contributing the problems of the Country.

There has not been any strong psychological message been sent out to those criminals why they feel they could continue on committing those crimes and it is about time we have a President with some kind of social control backbone in the Country; perhaps even as risky to say but hope it would not have to come to that, a kind of a progressive dictator president is what is needed in Haiti.
