Ever since Preval made the comment "nage pou'w soti" during his first term as president.

I concluded that he was nonchalant, unconcerned and indifferent which should not be the characteristics of a leader.

But apparently such a thing was appealing to the mass population that elected him.I thought he would change for the sake of the country.

But that didn't happen instead he has now surrounded himself with a prime minister that is more incompetent than he. The country will never be developed when insecurity is so rampant.

Preval's presidency would be a great success if he solves the security problem.

Instead of negogiating with gangsters The Prime minister needs to create a new force that is better trained and equipped apart from the current police force to combat the insecurity, this force should also have more detectives to run covert operations in order to apprehend these criminals.

IF the prime minister is unable to solve the security problem he needs to resign and allowed somebody who's more capable do the job. mwen pa konnen ki le haitian ap pran chwazi.

AFTER THE HOLIDAYS SHOULD THE PRIME MINISTER NOT COME UP WITH A WORKABLE PLAN TO SOLVE THE SECURITY PROBLEM.

HE SHOULD HAVE TO GET TO WORK ON HIS RESIGNATION LETTER
