I think that anyone who understands what Aristide did to Haiti understand that he did more damage to the country during his short time in power than any other government before him ever did. Now that's really saying something, since before him we had some other big idiots and murderers who ran the country.

However, none did as much damage as Aristide.

The problem is not that he should not comeback; the problem is how to stop the people in power from bringing him back.
