Hi St Fleur, I tend to agree with you. Although I hold an advanced degree I believe leaders a born to lead. Christophe is a quintessential example of that. A little education will not hurt though.
A while ago I casually suggested myself as a leader and Linda basically wiped me out.
Nonetheless, I have always believed that leaders are born. It's in the gene. Learders are usually fearless people, courageous, charismatic, thoughtfull...characters that are intrisic and have nothing to do with advanced education and government/public service experience.
So I am glad you post this comment.
Thanks

Hi Linda, I truly understand what you mean regarding the whole prospect; be aware that leadership remains a gift. You might see several leadership academic schools all across the United States and other countries around the world. The truth is: > >

Hi St Fleur; I actually agree with you that leaders are not made but are born. I think that no matter what degree of education you have it cannot make you a leader. On the other hand my friend, all true revolutionary leaders in history were educated. > >

By the way, Christophe comitted suicide and all the historical data shows that it was because he felt paralized by the progress and inroads that his rivalJean Pierre Boyer was making. Boyer received an education in France at a military school, Again, > >
