When you get your head out of Preval derriere, you will see that the man has no integrity, if he can lie about his education.

False credentials are not uncommon in Haiti but a head of state should be qualified to make important decisions about Haiti's future.

Preval is incompetent and a drunk.

He is letting the Americans IMF world bank dictate his decisions thus causing millions of rural Haitians starve, as a result of his inability to see the game being played ten steps ahead.

IMF and world bank is all about control and dependence, a form of colonization.
