Become President of HAITI

I would like some on to contact me in order to educate me on the law on who can become President of Haiti.

Perhaps someone can veer in in the direction to obtain such information.

I was born in American 39yrs ago. Both my parents were born in Haiti.

Ive only visited Haiti once and did attend a english christain school there for almost a year.What is the Law and Policy on an American becoming President of Haiti.
