I agree with you, others want to pass the blame on the army. That is just ridiculous.

The situation is simple, Mr. Preval only needs to grow a backbone, he needs to toughen up, by that i'm not saying he should torture or kill anyone.

Criminals should be arrested, prosecuted and put in jail, you don't negotiate with criminals.

Clearly the police force not is powerful enough to deal with this mess, Preval needs to create another force that is better trained and equipped to aid the police force.It's been more than 6 months preval needs to step up and deliver.
