Get all the merchants and street vendors to pay 10$ tax every six months with a 5$ mandatory business license that's a total of $25 dollars per year. It's not much but millions of people that pay 25 dollars per year would help clean up the market areas and burn the garbage the marchandes and street vendors leave behind.

It came to my my attention that the majority of Haitians have not payed taxes for numerous generations.

Its only fair to make everybody over 21 years of age pay taxes according to their income level.

Find a way to regulate the street vendors.

Everybody need to pay their fair share of taxes if they are citizens of Haiti.

They cannot get a free ride while the middle class are being squeezed every day out of their hard earned money.
