Most of those rabelrouser's do not pay taxes.

They do not contribute anything to society yet they are making all those demands on society.

Plus most of those people are polygamists, they have numerous children with numerous women.

They sell food in the street and do not pay a cent to the government.

They need to pay some taxes and contribute something to society before they could start making demands on others.
