So, is this what starving my people has been about.

Has all this been so that the Preval government could go around begging for more money to enrich their own pockets.

What have they done with all the money that has already come into the country.

Why is it that during this whole time they did not come-up-with a plan for Haitians to develop their own means of agricultural growth.

HAVE THESE THIEVES BEEN STARVING MY PEOPLE SO THAT THEY WOULD HAVE AN EXCUSE TO GO BEG THE WORLD FOR MORE MONEY FOR THEIR OWN POCKETS?

IS THAT WHAT ALL OF THIS HAS BEEN ABOUT?
