If you speak about the role of the government, you cannot deny that the economy needs the input of the national provate sector. You all had new social contract which you presented to the people .As soon as election finished we absolutely nothing about it.
It is unfortunate that Haiti has elite that it has. I don't think there is any other gorup of rich people as wicked as those of Haiti.
I have traveled the world I have seen poverty but I have seen the involvement of the bourgeoisie, but that of Haiti.
You prefer to watch the poor eat mud while laughing at their pain.
Everything is the cause of government, I have never seen any economy function that way in the Western world. This may be the cause why Haiti is the casualty of the West.
I agree with you that those guys in power do not seem to understand the affairs of government or maybe they are not qualified as you said. But we must acknowledge that Haiti cannot continue with that kind of divide as you see it. You seem to have a sharp contrast between the mulatoes and the poor black as you said it. This kind racist statements will continue to keep Haiti where it is now. We must find ways to create some synergy in our appraoch to national development.
WE MUST, WE MUST, WE MUST, REGARDLESS OF OUR COLOUR.
I WAS THE FIRST TO RAISE A VOICE AGAINST THE ISSUE OF BOULUS.
IT WAS THE MUST INSENSITIVE ACTION OF THE HAITIEN CHAMBER.
IT IS A SHAME THAT THEY HAVE LEFT THE PEOPLE IN SO MUCH MISERY AND PAY ATTENTION TO RID OF A MAN LIKE BOULUS.
