I have seen a post as didactic as yours.You have it well set, but the government will listen to good advice.They will continue to hire corrupted people who also have no strategy for change and keep failing the people.

I agree with you 100% that a country like HAITI should not have a closed port where tax is at the heart of any investment.They need to liberate the market so that they may liberate the people.

Maybe liberating the people is not an ideal for hAITIAN GOVERNMENTS.

Every HAITIAN would afford a little car if the port is open. In Jamaica this was done rescently and the average JAMAICAN NOW CAN HAVE A LITTLE CAR TO DRIVE.

and gain a living.

I wonder if our government is thinking very clearly.
