How About a School For the Arts President Preval

A school for the arts in Haiti, and an art curriculum at all other schools are necessary to ameliorate the musical skills of Haitian musicians, and other artists.

Those artists can export the Haitian culture, music, and tableaux to countries that know very little about Haitians such as Asia. That sort of cultural exchange will be good for Haiti and its economy in the long run.
