Haiti cannot default on the IMF loan right now, because that would put Haiti in disfavor with the Europeans, Canada and the USA, and will curtail humanitarian aids. Haiti should only accepts monetary donations for projects or humanitarian efforts, to prevent the country in falling into the debt trap so common in many African countries.

Although many of those countries have rare metals, gold, petroleum, diamonds, they are still poor due to exploitation from the Euro, American, Canadian companies.

Plus their governments are always corrupt, just like Haiti's. Make it cost the Americans dearly (just like they are making Haiti pay)by blowing up the planes with the Americans and the Haitian prisoners they keep bringing back to Haiti who are perpetuating most of the crimes.

When the Americans wanted that petroleum, they blew up their own world trade center to give themselves an excuse to hijacked the oil fields of Iraq to same the American economy.

So in order for Haiti to safeguard its future: They have to get rid of the UN peaceskeepers, and get rid of the insecurity problem which is preventing Haiti from having a tourist industry and the diaspora visitors and investments.

Haiti need to solve its problem by sending a strong message to the Americans that the option of returning criminals from their country to the country they were born (Haiti) is no longer acceptable.

Those criminals cannot even express themselves in creole, they know nothing about their history and they have no love for the Haitian people in genera, why take them back?

I say BLOW UP THE PLANES WHICH COST MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AND the loss of AMERICAN LIVES would send a strong message to the Americans and get rid of the criminals in the process.
