No we do not know those songs we were not born yet. You must be very old from the country side. Sorry, but I do not find them interesting at all, although some of them are not as bad as what has been emerging from the new Haitian bands in Haiti.

The government needs to open a SCHOOL FOR THE ARTS in JACMEL to teach some of those artists how to read and compose music, and to teach those painters about proportions and 2 and 3 dimensional art. God my sketches in elementary school are better than a lot of the tableau d'art emerging from Haiti.

I am sure some old people will appreciate those videos you posted.

But my father do not even listen to that kind of stuff, I believe he was a PePe Bayard, Difficile, Gypsie, ShleuShleu fan from his albums.

He has some "folks country" music also like choucoune, Haitie cherie, but nothing like this.
