The plan I proposed is 100% success rate. It is nothing new. Other countries such as your neighbor the Dominican Republic, Argentina, Taiwan etc...
have tried the plan. Look at them now. Taiwan was a country as poor as Haiti 50 years ago, now they are floroushing.
Haiti is a country with terminal cancer.
Bandages are not enough at this point.
Radical change needs to happen and that is what my plan is "radical".
