About 85 % of haiti land is unoccupied.

If haiti is a country mainly agrucultural, the current president has a degree in agronomy what is next. although we cannot compete globally in technology, health and so on. we can initiate a daily labor program that would help people earn minimum wage in the agriculture arena.

Reform agraire is not the solution, it did not work in L'Ester, Artibonite.

a mandate for every property owner to put their land to work to stimulate the economy is what we need.
