Preval urge congress to take definitive decision that can bring about a solution to the kidnapping inside the country.

For twenty years now people are fall victim under bandit guns. People are dying everyday where is that the leaders are powerless when it comes to establish security in the country.

If you in the need of money we can help(maraton) as long we know the money will invest in the country's need.

Also if you are willing I have some ideas of my own I can share with you and the entire Haitian elected officials.

I believe no country should depend on foreigners grants.

We can do better, but only if we invest on a certain assets that can permanently bring income.
