I wish the USA could be serious about arresting all Guy Phillipe's in Haiti.

Such individual should have been in costody long ago.He is more of a threat to our nation than the DEA.

The only problem is that the DEA is not serious about arresting him.

I have absolutely no regard for a gangster like GUY.I wish he were not Haitian or he were in Jail somewhere.

I am very serious about that. We cannot speak about souverainte if we have no respect or concerns for rule of law.Guy Phillipe is a lawless HAITIAN in everyway.
