My question is why the mining of Gold in Haiti should be such quiet matter?

Why isn't the government show it's plan on what the degociations intail.

The Gold inductry is almost equal to the oil industry due to the sharp encreae in prices on both products.

Furthermore, one remarcable problem also is the failure of the Haitian media.

They never investigate any real issue of real benefit to the Haitian people.

They spend year after year covering lazy politicians and sensless matters.

The Haitian government sign a contact with Genevieve company from Canada and it stays there, absolutely no detail and no journalist had a real question about the matter.

Gold exploitation in Haiti must not be kept secret.

The people must know every step along the way what is in it for the nation, Otherwise it will be the same old currupted practices.

Those who are going to flood HAITI to get contracts know that our government officials don't care much about proper procedure and accountability so they will ride on that and the goverment will prove them right.

This is where it feels really bad.
