Someone with a substancial mind. Dominicans are Mulattoes, nothing more. Much like a Mulatre in Haiti.

Back then, mulatre or mulattoes was how they call anyone with a double or multirace.

Dominicans are Afro-Europeans which means: Spain, Great Britain and France are all Europeans.

A so called Latino from either Cuba, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic and possibly many others in the Latin-Americas are crossbreeds between a European Conquereur and African slave and withthe slight possibility of Indigenous people if much of them have survived.

The romantic idea that most Puerto Rican and Dominican have in their m ind that they are part Taino more than they are Afircan is close to a living lie. Si mply because, history would recall that The Conquering Europeans massacres, close to extinction the Indigenous race to a merely %1.5 point when and wehre they brought in Black slaves.

So even if that %1.5 had survived to this day it would have only been very few so called Latinos who would have possessed any trace of Taino Indian blood in them, thus conclude they are more African than they are Tainos.
