Dear Mr. President, Rene Preval I think your are doing a wonderful job. As well as Mr Alexis and your cabinet.

keep up the good work.However, you have your mayor from carrefour who is violating the law by arresting, penetrating people 's home without a (mandat D'arret) and he also has his police officer insulting my father who is 67 years old who cwent there for vacation.

I am hoping you don't let the same thing happened when his predecessor was in power.Caplume.
