Temporary Labor force would help Haiti.

A place where an individual could go to and get a one day to three days job to work on special projects.

Toussaint have you thought about the possibility that those who are in power may not have the diplomas that they claimed to have. A lot of Haitians are known for purchasing diplomas from schools they have never attended.

The population of Haiti right now is at 9 millions people not 6 million.

About 5 million are middle class the other 8.5 millions are living below of what we call poverty level here in the United States.

That's the real dilemma that Haiti face. A high birth rate among the very poor and a low birth rate among the middle class.

Preval have secured quite a lot of financial assistance from other countries, but those who have been in power lack the capabilities to make anything work.
