I believe that the Army should be re-instated and wuold serve as great economical backing to Haiti's path to self-sufficiency and efficiency.

There will be a better sense of Sovereignty relations with the Dominican Republic because Iam sure Dominicans go into Haiti each day undocumented and they are not being penelized for doing so ionly because of Haiti's Impoverished conditions.

Your idea is a great idea on the requirements for enlistees.

Not to say "but" rather however, I wuold make it an obligation for every men and women of 18 years old to at least complete a year of training, then to serve for at least a year.
