Hi Lionne, you started this essay pretty well then you diverted to tax evasion methods.

We all feel bad for the bourgeois of Haiti.

However, Boisrond Canal warned them over 150 years ago that they need to engage in the economic progress of Haiti by educating the black majority or sooner or later they will suffer the consequences.

This could have been predicted.

Nonetheless, it aint too late for them to rectify the situation.

They need to show their willingness to participate in national economic plan for job creation and increased production; they need to show a desire to allow some competition in areas where they hold monopoly for decades.

When I was a St Louis de Gonzague, we had some discussions in that regard.

Some of them did express their wish to see a better Haiti for all but we are still waiting for them to come out and say publicly.

Then all will be allright.

The Haitian people will reconcile with itself and all will be forgiven.

Viva Haiti
