double nationalite haitienne

Before you were elected you said that you would make double nationality a personal crusade.

I am Haitian by birth, I would like to invest in my country, but i will only do so when i am a haitian citizen.

I addition you could have revenues deriving from the dual citizenships.

Most counties: egypt, Dominican Republic, Phillipines etc have dual citizenship.

Haiti is always behind the trains.

Why?
