Terry I'm certain that the president Preval knows where he wants to take the country, but his associates doesn't do enough to presure the FMI to release the funds that have been granted to Haiti.

Meanwhile our people are dying, because they can't eat. Put ourself in their shoes, and them you'll tell me how you feel.
