Rubens, je vois que finalement tu te decide a chercher un plan d'action.

Je crois que la meilleure facon d'approcher la politique haitienne est d'attendre le parlement et pour cela tu dois te faire connaitre d'abord ici et obtenir le vote de confiance pour representer le dixieme departement.

Une fois en place tu pourras defendre les interests de la diaspora.
