Welcome to the club. This guy Frantz Balan illegaly occupied my land (1.5 hectares) and sold it to others.

I heard that this guy is like a state in a state.

He controls the justice, commissaires, juges, and the archive.

Hundreds of landowners have been victimized by him. What I don't understand is how come this guy has been allowed to perform such thievery for the past 8 years.
