I agree with you. we need to have EDH independently work from the govenment.

So it can become a real business.

The owners will deliver power for money.

That is what we call money exchange in economy.

I buy your goods for money.

Thrust me there will be big improvement in the electric system.

it will be no longer favor to become director of the company; candidate will be choosen based on their qualification to run the company.
