Focusing on Lespoa fe lavi, Hi Robert; it's always a pleasure to read you. I don't doubt that this can be done, I just wonder if it will indeed benefit all or at least most Haitians like the oil in Dubai or Qatar benefited their citizens.

In Qatar, since the discovery of oil, the quality of life for every citizen has increased tremendously.

Since the discovery of oil there, the government created so many social services and raised the standard of living for all its citizens.

The same can't be said of the life of the average citizens in many oil rich Arab countries.

It's all about the government and national leadership.
