Rubens try, Time out, take something away that the child likes, such as a toy, computer, telephone.

No movies or television for a while.

All those things are priviledges that can help diminish the unwanted behavior.

Try talking things over with your wife to prevent the child from getting permission from one parent when the other have already said no. There is no reason to strike a child.

A lot of men do not understand their strenght and how hard they do strike a much smaller person.

Violence causes resentment and more violence.

Those who truly love you do not intentionaly try to hurt you. Let us stop the cycle of violence.
