Hola Linda I meant to control those bidonvilles, to limit their movements at night to prevent criminals from causing more insecurity.

Neighborhood associations patrolling their own areas might help. You do have some good points but where is the government going to find the money?

they cannot attract diaspora and international businesses due to the insecurity problem among other things.

I do not think those in power are capable of creating jobs. I do not wish to sound negative this year, but they are barely hanging on to their own jobs. They lack vision anyway.
