World Bank IMF and Debt Cancellation

Debt Campaigners like "Jubilee" and "Probe International's Odious Debt Web Site have been calling for a resurrection of the basic legal principle that dubious debt which was contracted by non democratic or dishonest governments and wasted on overpriced projects, shady bank bailouts, cut-raze privatizations, capital flight and corruption should not be enforceable in international courts of law. The Odious Debt doctrine specifies that foreign debts contracted by dictatorships or diverted for personal enrichment are unenforceable.

Therefore Haiti should refuse to pay back old loans and refuse to take new loans from the world bank and IMF just like Argentina did.
