mr ajane you never cease to surprise me:

what are you talking about?

my mentioning of mr yves volel was not intended to embelish his character, but rather to suggest that what happened to him would have more than likely happened to mr preval; that the former was invited to come to the police station by a former classmate at the military academy, but was gunned down by a sniper from that same police station.

in haitian politics, we can consider mr volel as a redeemed man. he was everything that you have described him as, but he did make a substantial turn-about later in his life by actively denouncing military abuse.

on what logical basis are you accusing me of fanatism?

none of my writings suggests the slightest evidence of a fanatic mind. i have also argued methodically by presenting my arguments as concisely as possible, something that you have always failed to do for your antagonistic rantings.

mr ajane, people are not only blinded by fanaticism, but also and equally by antagonism.

in fact, antagonism is potentially more destructive than fanatism.

you have accused me of things that defy critical thinking.

can you specify the extent of my presumed fanatism, and by what evidences is it to be recognized?

i am not being irrational here by opposing to the immediate reformation of the army. do you understand the cost of opportunity for such a big undertaking?

from what services shall we divert funds to reform the army?

from the health crisis of aids or from the food program for starving kids. you are being irrational with your reactionar yearnings.

let's pave the way so a better generation can assume this owesome reponsibility.

we cannot form an army now, we are too corrupted and too power-hungry.

we need a sustaining economy where we can train our own soldiers that have been raised in society that values civism and the love for one's country.

the cultural revolution has yet occurred to allow us to have an army.
we would have to create new barracks that are strategically placed outside of the admistrative capital.
