Well, ok. You are determined to point all of your ten figers toward the Haitians.

Fine. But I will tell one last thing: in 1825 the Haitians did every thing they could to avoid signing the Independence debt of 150 millions franc to France but JPB was told to go outside and climb up to Fort National and look toward the Port-au-Prince bay by binoculars and what he saw scared the hell out of him. He signed shortly afterward.

So to speak, sometimes the leaders have absolutely no choice but to bow down to the invisible hand and betrayed the Haitian people.

Oh let's not let any one corrupt us ! right.

It's much easier said than done my friend.
