What reality?

I was born and raised in Haiti and left just a little over a decade ago. The reality of Haiti is first and foremost the invisible hand - it's not the Haitians themselves.

The Haitians only come second.

The reality that you see today is a direct consequence of
1. Diplomatic embargo starting 1801 -consequently economic embargo
2. Independence debt - 40% of budget goes to feed the debt
3. Syphillis- AIDS accusation
4. First occupation - dissapearence of 50,000 gold bouillons from our Bank of Haiti & zero money for education
5. The Spain trade embargo on Haiti - long before you or your grand parents were even born
6. The Dominicans constantly undermining Haiti's political stability
7. The foreign carpet baggers who constantly sue the Haitian government for hundred of thousand of your dollars over the past 170 years.

By the way, Haiti paid them off, all of them. Stole our money ain't that right?

8. The blockage of Haiti from participating in 1825 Panamerican conference - Haiti lost the chance to come out with some lucrative trade deals thanks to the racism of big brother if you can enlighten your mind to see what I mean.
9...And so forth

My point is the reality of Haiti that you are all referring to is an arrow pointing toward the outside world of Haiti not inside of Haiti.

Unless you are blind, you would notice every time the Haitian people rise to overthrow its corrupted leaders and established a decent government, the invisible hand of big brother intervenes with money and armaments to block any radical change.

From 1801, the invisible hand tactics remains the same although their faces have changed.

Open your mind my friend.
