Not that I am saying I think any of Greg's plan is a bad idea, sadly it's not realistic that people are going to donate that kind of money.

Trust me, they won't!!!
I feel that a better solution would be to get coroporations, such as Hilton, Hyatt, Marriott, RIU Resorts, Divi Resorts, etc, etc to build, get another MAJOR airline to fly to Haiti from the states and get Haiti on the tourist map. Having major coroporations do it won't really take all that long. However, waiting for Haitians abroad to donate will take an eternity.
