Hi, she is a great Haitian.

Actually, I am in process of planning to invite her for an interview.

I hope she says yes.
She is a lawer; when she became president, she was the highest ranking justice surving in the Haitian Supreme Court.

The 1987 Haitian constitution states that in the case of presidential vacancy, executive power falls into the hands of the oldest or highest ranking justice: (don't quote me on that. let me go and double check to make sure).

But that's how she became president.

The military wanted to hand in power to a civilian.
