The Haitian Constitution Upgrade Issue

Why are we not talking about Rene Preval's wish to upgrade the Haitian constitution?

It seems that everyone one want to think that Preval is only willing to to this to assure a third term in office.

I would love to read the good and bad side of UPGRADING the Haitian constitution.

By upgrade I meen amending it.

Let's talk about this, what are the advantanges and disadvantages of the constitution issue?

I think it's a great idea allow two consecutive terms.
