I want Preval to really get this message.

When any government officials accepts money from American Corporations for contracts, they are in fact selling out Haiti as a country.

The US took over the Virgin Islands.

In St. Croix for instance, they are extracting huge amount of oil and none of the money have benefited the people on the island of St. Croix.They cant even vote in US elections.

This HIV accusation maybe a type a psychological warfare with something more sinister in the works against Haiti and Haitians by the United States Biotech Industries.
